Prem Rawat Brings Message of Hope to Prisoners in New Delhi, India Responding to an invitation from the superintendent of one of the jails in the Tihar Prison complex near New Delhi, Prem Rawat recently addressed an audience of 1,000 prisoners, prison officials and staff.
