The Prem Rawat Foundation does collect certain personal information to provide you with customized services and content.

Third-Party Service Providers
We employ certain third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Third-Party Service Providers”), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We use the following Third-Party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.
NeonCRM is a cloud-based nonprofit software suite that provides tools built to support nonprofit organizations. Specifically, NeonCRM helps facilitate donations and payment, and may collect Personal Data such as your email address, Facebook or Twitter Username and Password, physical address, telephone number, and credit card or bank information used to facilitate donations.
Zendesk is a software package used by TPRF to create customer service functionality (“Help Desk” functions), and may collect your IP address, email address, and any other information you voluntarily provide to assist you with technical problems. Zendesk also archives the messages requesting help and the responses thereto.
MailChimp is a marketing automation platform that helps us share email and ad campaigns with interested parties. MailChimp uses web beacons, which are single pixel gifs, in our emails. This allows us to measure the performance of our email campaigns and to improve our features for specific segments of Users.
Facebook Pixel is a tracking pixel that we use to gather information about a user’s behavior on the TPRF site. We use it to see what actions users take on the site so that we can show advertisements to them on Facebook that are likely to be relevant to their interests.
Dropbox is a collaboration platform we use on the website to store and share files, folders, and documents such as photos, graphics, and other information with users. Dropbox provides us with information about recognized Dropbox account holders when they access such information, such as name and email address.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
