To support PEP globally in order to help the Foundation fulfill its mission

ANSWERS TO: PEP Operations Manager


To offer information and support to individuals and organizations throughout the world who are interested in facilitating the Peace Education Program


• Respond to inquiries about PEP from various types of organizations
• Provide continuing support for and facilitate the use of the PEP resources
• Work closely with Country Contacts as needed
• Connect local teams with the PEP Support Team to answer questions and provide
specialized support when appropriate
• Share questions and feedback with PEP Operations Manager and PEP Program Manager
• Attend monthly conference calls (optional)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to initiate communications in a proactive manner
• Good telephone and customer service skills
• Ability to be concise in messages
• Good computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point a plus but not required
• Ability to keep track of reports, lists, projects, and statistics
• Detail oriented
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality (will be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement)
• Fluent in the local language of area responsible for

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Private computer, Skype


Provided by PEP Operations Manager via Skype and email, over the first month with ongoing mentoring

LOCATION: One Volunteer needed each for Malaysia, New Zealand, and Cote d’Ivoire
