OBJECTIVE:

To Translate messages, replies, and macros for the TPRF Help Desk.

ANSWERS TO: TPRF Help Desk/ Donor Relations Manager

DESCRIPTION:

To assist the TPRF Help Desk Team to provide excellent customer service to those who write to TPRF with inquiries

TASKS:

• Become knowledgeable about TPRF. Stay informed and up to date on the Foundation’s activities.
• Translate templates and macros into Hindi as requested
• Translate help desk queries and responses into Hindi or English when required

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent oral and written Hindi and English
• Ability to keep upmost confidentiality essential.
• Enjoys translation to peoples’ questions and queries.
• Enjoys teamwork.
• Competent computer skills

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Private personal computer with Word, Excel, or comparable program, Skype, internet connection

TRAINING/BRIEFING PROVIDED:

Within 2 weeks of accepting role

LOCATION: Virtual

TIME COMMITMENT:

1-3 hours a month. Initially more will be needed to translate templates
