OBJECTIVE:

Ensure that TPRF websites perform with technological excellence to achieve organizational goals

ANSWERS TO: IT Infrastructure Manager and Website Editor

DESCRIPTION:

The TPRF Webmaster will oversee technical aspects of TPRF websites to ensure security and functionality. The successful candidate will have thorough expertise with WordPress and related plugins, and will be able to thrive in a collaborative environment working with content creators, designers, managers, contractors, and volunteers.

TASKS:

• Improve and maintain website security and technical performance

• Provide expertise and guidance on evolving best practices and tools available to improve functionality

• Support and help implement new website features and content as needed

• Troubleshoot and help resolve website-related problems in a timely manner

• Use Google analytics and other analytical tools to prepare reports on website performance

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in website management and development

• Thorough knowledge of WordPress, ideally including Divi theme and related plugins

• Experience with online marketing and SEO optimization preferred

• Must be able to communicate and collaborate remotely with others of non-technical background while
ensuring best practice standards are met

REQUIRED RESOURCES: Private computer, high-speed internet

TRAINING/BRIEFING PROVIDED:

Remotely via phone, email, and G-Suite communication tools

LOCATION: Virtual (preferably within 6 hours of U.S. Eastern time zone)

TIME COMMITMENT:

4-6 hours/week
